How to Make a Complaint

A friendly homeowner talking with a septic provider beside a pump truck in front of a Deltona home

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Remainoccur Septic to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Remainoccur Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Remainoccur Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@remainoccur.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
